For the safety and security of our guests and the property, please be advised that a video surveillance system (CCTV) is in operation in all common areas, including the garden, rooftop, and entrance. All recordings are handled in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese law.

Taxes and VAT

Please note that all additional services and extra charges provided on-site (such as massages, bar service, and cinema bookings) are subject to the legal VAT rate of 23%, which is already included in the price or will be added at the time of purchase.

Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and its contents in good condition. In the event of breakage, loss, or damage to the property or its equipment during your stay, we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking or activate the damage claim process through the booking platform used (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, or direct reservation system).
