We are located in Cedofeita, a parish in the heart of Porto, the property offers convenient access to the city’s cultural and everyday life, while remaining spatially independent.
The building stands on its own and comprises eight guest rooms, conceived in an aparthotel format, with a focus on short- and medium-term stays in Portugal.
Each room includes a private bathroom and shower, and is acoustically separated from shared areas to minimize unnecessary disturbance.
The property spans approximately 570 square meters, with more than one third dedicated to garden space.
The overall layout prioritizes distance, circulation, and a calm form of coexistence between guests.
During their stay, guests share access to an infinity pool and a night-view garden.
These areas are intended for pause and rest, rather than activity or gathering.
The pool is available during daytime hours from June through October, for approximately twelve hours per day.
Shared spaces include a dining area and a self-service kitchen.
The kitchen is designed for independent use, with individual refrigerator storage allocated to each room. Coffee, tea, basic condiments, and light refreshments are provided on a self-service basis, without service interaction.
Certain additional services are available by appointment only, and are arranged with minimal presence, including:
- Private massage sessions
- A curated selection of drinks and light snacks
- Private cinema experiences on the rooftop or within the garden
